Tips For New Moms [ From A New Mom ]

Number one being, ask for professional/ mental health help. I’ve literally did it myself, and I went in, not even knowing what I needed like I was just like this is how I feel, what I’m doing etc, and your doctor will help you through that and diagnose you or give you resources to help.
Number two being, be intentional about your day and make a schedule. I like to use the app called Structured. It literally helps you to plan out every second of your day.
Number three, you have to pour into your own cup before pouring into others. You can not be everywhere at once. You can not help everybody if you drowning yourself. You have to speak up / advocate for yourself And don’t let people tell you that you’re wrong for that.
Number four, It will take time to adjust ! If your anything like me, you want to jump back into things but the thing is things are different now so you have to embrace that change
Number five, don’t compare yourself ! You never know what’s going on BTS.
And lastly, I still am figuring things out and working to get better & you will too!
